POWER UNDER CONTROL!! (VIDEO)
With the introduction of the new wet saw “TORNADO”, Brevetti MONTOLIT S.p.A. has created a new higher level reference point.
The “TORNADO” is an electric machine with a suspended head, sliding support table, a height adjustable 250 mm diamond disc and pliable support trolley. This unusual structural design allows generous cutting dimensions, (max cutting length 70 cm) still keeping the reduced dimension of compact structure.
The heart of the machine is the engine which, thanks to its 1800 watt power and high rotation speed, is able to tackle different stone materials from delicate ceramics to gres porcelain, marble and granite up to 9 cm without problem.
The head, which includes the engine unit, can be adjusted micro metrically to cut a Jolly (45°) or chamfer (22.5°).
The positional lights on the console control allow simple and precise regulation.
The complete structure includes the frame; engine support arm and a sliding support table which is made from an aluminium pressure die casting compound that is light and ensures maximum rigidity and resistance to corrosion.
The surface of the sliding table is protected by a resistant rubber coating which is immune to abrasion and ensures stable support and reduced vibration during the cutting process. The adjustable geometric square keeps the material in the correct position and helps during repetitive cutting.
The laser marker shows the correct cutting position and highlights the cutting line perfectly. Also the machine has a dedicated light to give maximum visibility in low light conditions.
To replace the diamond blade, when you open the protection case you will find the fixed nut that can be taken off by locking engine spindle using a special switch and operates with just one key.
The revolutionary support frame, thanks to its particular structure and rubber wheels including brakes, can be folded without being separated from the machine which helps movement during cutting operation and transportation.
Included in the TORNADO is the revolutionary MONTOLIT DNA diamond blade series SCX-GOLD. These special DNA blades are characterized by controlled positioning of a single diamond grain to guarantee the best speed performance, long lasting but above the same great performance with different materials such as gres porcelain, marble and granite.
This machine has passed all the tests to receive the prestigious German certification GS and it is protected by twice yearly MONTOLIT warranty.

NEW PAVING BLOCK CUTTER (stone block splitter) - art 6R (VIDEO)
Brevetti Montolit Spa is glade to present a new paving block cutters named art. 6R
This is a complete new product with a different way of use compared with the other block cutters.
The main characteristics are:
Specific Machine for concrete paving block.
The machine has a strong structure (45 Kg of weight) with net width of 31 cm and variable height between 0 and 12,5 cm (it may be used with all types of concrete paving blocks on the market).
It is possible to settle easily the machine on the thickness of the block.
It is possible to split quickly the block being seated – the user doesn’t need to stand up.
A reduced movement of handle is needed in order to move the blade.
The machine is named “Revolver” because the user can split many concrete paving blocks keeping the same position.

"Piedone "is the new additional splitting tool for MASTERPIUMA P2 tile cutters for cutting large-size tiles (up to 120cm) and the porcelain tile thickness (max 14mm).
Is fitted as standard on the model of MASTERPIUMA art. 125P2 and also available as an accessory for all other models MASTERPIUMA P2 as art. 449P.
The main features:
- Facilitates the splitting of large-size tiles (up to 120cm)
- Facilitates the splitting of porcelain tile of thickness (up to 14mm);
- Facilitates the splitting of tile ultra large format (eg: Kerlite™/Cotto d'Este or Skin™/Refin)

Small diamond blade for big results
Have you ever counted how many square holes need to be conducted on the lining of the walls of a house for derivations, electrical panels and boxes? Countless considering the rising demand for more power points than before (telephones, satellite TV, computers, appliances, car alarms etc..).
Brevetti MONTOLIT has designed and implemented a small diamond blade for dry use on an angular grinder with diameter of only 85 mm.
With this blade you can drill holes square / rectangular also very small (4x4 cm) on all types of ceramic, porcelain tile, marble or granite.
With "SQUADRO" the hole will be very precise and allows the use of small cover plates and even the square cut on sight.
Characteristics are it's extreme maneuverability, the high level of finish and execution speed of the cut, thanks to the very small thickness of the diamond band.
A "BISTOURY" of pure gold.
The "DIAMANT DIVISION" of the Brevetti MONTOLIT S.p.A., dedicated to the design and manufacture of diamond tools, introduced the ultrathin blade with continuous band for dry use, called "DNA BISTOURY", suitable not only for cutting materials flooring / cladding (single-fired, monopressato high temperature, enduro, porcelain stoneware, terracotta, marble, granite), but also of building materials in general (bricks, interlocking, concrete, etc.).
The newborn has the new DNA technology Gold series, which consists of the particular "three-dimensional network controlled" of the diamond deposition, able to provide the highest performance in speed and consistency of performance.
Available in diameters of 115, 125 and 230mm (Articles CTX115 - CTX125 - CTX230F and CTX230P) the tool has other features such as:
- Ultra-thin thickness of 1.2 mm diamond rim (115/125) and 2.0mm (230);
- Height of the diamond rim 8 mm;
- Reinforced steel core with five to ten holes made with a laser can give more flexibility to the blade;
- CTX115 / CTX125 special double flange in aluminum.
The blade is designed for working materials such as porcelain tile, ceramic monopressati, single glazed, which are becoming more widespread but achieves extreme performance in cutting speed also on the construction materials where it is above laser blades or turbo specific professional.
Works in relaxation with ERGO EVOLUTION (Art.994)
From a physical point of view a tiler’s job is one of the most exhausting professions. Knees, back and ankles are subjected daily repeated excessive stress and strain. The risk of injury and inflammation is high. Given these known problems this is precisely the reason Montolit set their R & D department the task of developing a new ergonomic work table in an effort to combat the onset of these pains. This new workbench is a uniquely designed portable table on which you can cut and drill all the main types of tiles, slabs of marble and granite. Within the structure of the support plan surface there is a groove where you can easily use diamond blades without damaging or cutting into the table surface. In addition, a central hole allows you to make holes in tiles with angle grinders and drills. The top surface is made of fine treated wood (it is not just a simple metal plate!). It is made this way because wood absorbs the vibrations generated by the use of drills and grinders and other possible impacts, which in turn, protects the user’s arms. Obviously the structure is specifically designed to support any manual tile cutter. Once folded, thanks to its small size, the table is easily transportable by car. In short! – a simple but very useful tool enabling all users to work in better way because it promotes correct posture with a net result of potentially avoiding many health problems. |
