TECHNICAL QUERIES
I need to cut a 45x45 cm tile diagonally. What type of machine can I use to cut this format?
Our machines for executing this type of cut are: MASTERMONTOLIT series, type 47M or type 92, and MASTERPIUMA T/P series, type 63 and higher.
I have a MASTERPIUMA type 52P; what are the maximum dimensions of diagonal that I can cut?
With the MASTERPIUMA type 52P, you can make diagonal cuts of 37x37 cm
I have been told that you make a manual machine with which it is possible to make curved cuts. Is this fact or fiction?
Fact: using the COMBI SLALOM tile cutter, you can make curved incisions in tiles either free-hand or with a template. The tile is then separated precisely thanks to the patented splitting system.
About 3 months ago, I bought a Brooklyn 984, with which I am very satisfied. I now have to lay a floating floor 4 cm thick, with 50x50 cm porcelain tiles and base in cement resin and 1 mm aluminium sheet.
Can I use my Brooklyn 984 or do you recommend a larger machine?
The MINIMASTER (cutting length 105 cm and cutting height 8 cm) with 2 HP motor would be ideal, but you can definitely use your existing machine by cutting in two passes and using the deep cut adjustment.
I need to cut a 30x30 cm polished porcelain tile; what type of disc do you recommend for dry cutting on a 115 mm diameter grinder?
Our range offers several solutions to you problem. If speed is a priority, you should opt for the TC series, ideally typeTCS11R.If you want greater precision, go for theCS115 or the CSE115. The CT115, on the other hand, is a good compromise between speed and finish.
